🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • We do not currently ship internationally.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the delivery address and order size.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees may apply at checkout based on your location and the order total.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track the shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery.


🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items (e.g., final sale, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Email info@geipremiumdiscounts.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

  • If you choose to file a chargeback with your payment provider within 30 days of delivery, we will consider it a return request and may process a full refund if the product is eligible.

  • Chargebacks outside this window may be disputed.


❌ Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return your original order and place a new one.
